Christian Sadleder's started in 2002 in the STRABAG Group, as Construction Manager of the Austrian nationwide multilane free-flow toll system for motorways (which was the first worldwide of its kind). From 2004 he played a key role on the development and execution for the Irish concession projects (Fermoy Bypass, Limerick Tunnel and N17/18 highway), based in Ireland. In 2011 he started the Operation and Maintenance Unit for the worldwide STRABAG PPP assets and was subsequently appointed as business unit manager. Since 2016 his responsibility changed on to the LATAM concession market, as Managing Director based in Colombia.
In 2023 he was appointed as a Member of the Board of STRABAG AG and serves as Technical Division Manager the "International & Tunnelling" division.
