Creating a Sustainable Business Hub for Qatar’s Energy Sector

Energy City Qatar was developed as the region’s first integrated business district dedicated to the energy industry, bringing together companies, expertise and services in a modern commercial environment. Located approximately ten kilometres north of Doha, the development was designed to support the continued growth of Qatar’s energy sector and attract leading international companies.

As part of this landmark development, ZÜBLIN delivered a turnkey office complex comprising three modern office buildings with a total gross floor area of approximately 95,000 m². The buildings are connected by a shared three-level underground car park and were constructed in accordance with LEED certification requirements, reflecting high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.
